When using, first tighten the return oil valve stem in a clockwise direction, and then adjust the hook seat to the claw hook to grab the object to be pulled.
The effective distance of the piston starter rod is limited (usually 50mm). If the extension distance is greater than the effective distance, you need to loosen the return oil valve stem first, let the piston starter rod retract, adjust it and operate again until the object is pulled out.
4. Pay attention to the working environment:
Please use the hydraulic puller in an environment of -5℃~45℃ and choose the appropriate hydraulic oil (such as N15 mechanical oil). When used at lower temperatures, synthetic spindle oil must be used.
Keep the working environment clean to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.
5. Maintenance and care:
Check and replace the hydraulic oil regularly to keep the hydraulic system clean and lubricated.
Check the integrity of the seals regularly. If they are damaged or aged, they should be replaced in time.
Check the wear of each component regularly and lubricate or replace it if necessary.
6. Safe operation:
During operation, please stay focused to avoid accidents.
