Ⅰ. Preparation
1. Check the equipment: Make sure the desktop three-coil bearing heater is intact and the power cord and plug are safe and available. At the same time, check whether the coil of the heater is intact and not damaged or deformed.
2. Clean the workpiece: Clean the surface of the bearing to be heated and remove oil and impurities to avoid affecting the heating effect.
Ⅱ. Place the workpiece
1. Select the coil: Select the appropriate coil for heating according to the size and shape of the bearing.
2. Place the workpiece: Place the bearing in the center of the heater's coil to ensure that the bearing fits tightly with the coil.
Ⅲ. Set parameters
1. Turn on the power: Plug the power cord of the heater into the power socket and turn on the power switch.
2. Set the temperature: Set the appropriate heating temperature according to the material and heating requirements of the bearing. Some heaters have a temperature control function, which you can set through the control panel.
3. Set the time: If the heater has a time control function, you can set the heating time as needed. When the set time is reached, the heater will automatically stop heating.
IV. Start heating
1. Press the start button: After confirming that the settings are correct, press the start button, the heater starts working, and the coil starts to heat up.
2. Observe the heating situation: During the heating process, pay attention to the heating of the bearing to ensure uniform heating. At the same time, pay attention to monitoring the operating status of the heater, and if there is any abnormality, it should be handled in time.
V. Complete heating and take-up
1. Turn off the power: When the bearing is heated to the required temperature for assembly, press the stop button and the heater stops working. At this time, you can turn off the power switch.
2. Remove the workpiece: Use special tools or wear heat-insulating gloves to remove the heated bearing from the coil. Be careful to avoid direct contact with the high-temperature part to prevent burns.
VI. Safety precautions
1. Prevent electric shock: During use, ensure that the power cord and plug are safe and available to avoid electric shock accidents.
2. Prevent burns: During heating and taking out, it is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of the heater and coil to avoid burns.
3. Keep ventilation: Ensure that the heating environment is well ventilated to avoid safety hazards caused by high temperature.
Hopefully the above instructions will help you use the benchtop three-coil bearing heater correctly and safely. If you encounter any problems or need further assistance during use, please feel free to let me know.
