FSH Series Hydraulic Wedge Spreader
Our proven FSH hydraulic wedge spreader offers two structural options: split-type FSH-14 and integrated FSHJ-14. FSH-14 features a detachable construction. The hydraulic cylinder connects to the wedge head via quick couplers and can be fully separated into two standalone parts. This design excels in extremely confined spaces: only the wedge tip is inserted into the flange gap, while the cylinder can be positioned remotely away from the flange to avoid site obstructions. In case of cylinder damage, only the cylinder needs replacement while the wedge head remains reusable, effectively lowering long-term maintenance expenditure. FSHJ-14 is the integrated compact variant. The hydraulic cylinder is enclosed within the head assembly and cannot be split apart. It delivers high structural rigidity and is simple to transport and operate on-site, ideal for general maintenance work where ultra-narrow access is not required. The FSH series provides 14 ton spreading force, with a minimum tip clearance of only 6 mm, maximum spreading stroke of 80 mm, rated working pressure at 700 bar. Its interlocking wedge design prevents flange surface damage and eliminates unexpected slippage during operation.
FSM Series Mechanical Wedge Spreader
For field sites without available hydraulic power supply, the FSM mechanical wedge spreader supplies 8–16 ton spreading force, with identical 6 mm minimum entry gap and 80 mm maximum spread stroke. Lightweight and portable, it adopts an automatic return design and stepwise spreading function to accelerate routine flange separation work.
VLW Series Hydraulic Vertical Lifting Wedge Spreader
VLW-16 vertical lifting wedge spreader delivers 16 ton lifting force, built specifically for vertical spreading applications. It requires a 10 mm access gap and has a 21 mm lifting stroke. The interlocking wedge design supports step spreading under full load. Optional stepped blocks can extend the lifting height by 30 mm for expanded usability.
SWI Series Flange Spreader
SWI series hydraulic flange spreader generates up to 240 kN spreading force and a maximum spread distance of 103.5 mm at 700 bar working pressure. Two configurations are available: external hydraulic SWI2025TE and integral hydraulic SWI2025TI. The rotatable tool body allows operation in vertical or horizontal orientations, with engraved visual scale marks to monitor stroke precisely. Kits can be supplied for single-tool or twin-tool operation, including hand pump, high-pressure hoses, safety blocks and protective carry case.
FS Series Hydraulic Flange Spreader
FS series adjustable jaw hydraulic flange spreader comes in 5 ton and 10 ton capacity models. Its adjustable jaw width ranges from 70 mm to 216 mm to accommodate a broad spectrum of flange sizes. Equipped with single-acting spring return cylinders, it enables fast, stable operation for standard flange overhaul jobs.
MG Series Mini Flange Spreader
MG7TM compact flange spreader features an ultra-narrow 2 mm inserting clearance. The reversible double-angle wedge cone delivers 6.8 ton separation force within a lightweight, rust-resistant tool body. It is the preferred choice for compact equipment flanges with minimal initial gap access.

Safety blocks and stepped blocks are included as standard or optional accessories to lock flanges securely and stop accidental closure.
